Carrots
Of the fun, two-legged variety, eaten dipped in yogurt as a companion to some scrumdidilyumptious pizza the girls helped me make. You probably can't tell in this picture but each of the girls made their own mini pizza. That was the afternoon's excitement, carrots and pizza (quite long carrots, too. Good job, Mitch, on improving the soil. We've never had such long carrots before!)Even Ruthie enjoyed hers:Here's that cutie pie again:

So is this her official first food? I have never heard of two legged carrots. Did this just happen or did Mitch plan these? He has some unusual seeds. Good job girls on making the pizza. Will you make me some when I come visit?? What did you put on your pizza? I like lots of vegetables on mine.
love you, Grandma Jo
What a cutie that Miss Ruthie is! You are blessed with three beautiful girls Mrs. Clement. Good work on making pizza despite all of your busy-ness. You're truly amazing you know.
Hmm... I go online just now and Holly's blog post is entitled: "Steak." And Katie's newest post is entitled: "Carrots." Now whose house should I go visit? Pizza and fresh veggies or steak and wild strawberries?
Oops. that last comment was from Michael. I forgot to put my name.
thats really funny. at first i did not think they were even tow legged! that's very interesting! i'm suprized that Ruthie can even eat those with 2(3?)teeth!
oops. that last one was from Nora.
